Nature photography has been fascinating us since we had realized how beautiful, unique and fragile the world around us was. Photography was the only way to capture some magic moments created by nature and views impossible to see any more because of rapid changes in Polish countryside. As naturalists we try to take pictures of different, sometimes rare and endangered, species of plants and animals. We know a great deal about ecology and biology of photographed objects but each encounter with an animal or closer look at a given plant specimen is unrepeatable and brings new impressions and emotions. Being so close to nature helps you to feel as a component of a wonderful system of life on the Earth and makes you an advocate of nature conservation. Beauty and charm of every living creature, even the most inconspicuous, is amazing. Renata is currently a head of the scientific unit of the Bialowieza National Park.
